Essential Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Talent Management team to understand people management projects and learning and development projects and participate in the implementation under supervision;
- Provide support to training vendor management including data collection verification and consolidation vender creation in Ariba system;
- Support learning activities including venue preparing layout setting up onsite administration support during the training day professionally;
- Support manages and analysis Learning data include training records training feedback results and other training data consolidations;
- Assist in completing Leaning and development monthly reports;
- Support leaning service procurement procedure including PO Issue payment and follow up;
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above major in Human Resources English or Administration;
- Fluent English in speaking & writing;
- Available for 3 days a week strong analytical skills and sense of accountability;
- Strong time-management skills ability to handle multi-tasks and good team player;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint.
