Job Summary
Technical Business Analyst SAP HRIS & Data Analytics Lead Public Health Systems Modernization
Contract Position - Hybrid 400 Otarre Parkway Cayce South Carolina 29033

Required:
- Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience with HRIS systems
- 5 years of experience with state HR/payroll processes data privacy standards (HIPAA FLSA) and regulatory compliance frameworks
- 5 years of experience in creating user guides SOPs process diagrams and technical documentation
- 5 years of experience in reporting dashboard creation and data visualization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) and collaboration tools (SharePoint Teams OneDrive)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with industry-standard information security practices (PII PHI)
- Understanding of IT development and implementation projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working with State or Federal Government

- HRIS systems (SAP ECC SuccessFactors)
