Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair diesel engines including after-treatment systems (DEF DPF SCR EGR).
Perform hydraulic system repairs cylinder replacement pin & bushing replacement hose and fitting repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair A/C and D/C electrical systems.
Use on-board software diagnostic tools for fault detection and repair.
Perform welding and fabrication for equipment and component repairs.
Maintain service and repair Komatsu CAT and other heavy equipment used in aggregates and C&D operations
Follow company safety and maintenance standards.
Qualifications
3 years of heavy equipment mechanic experience preferably in aggregates recycling or C&D environments.
Strong background in hydraulic electrical and diesel systems.
Experience with after-treatment diagnostics required.
Class A or B CDL a plus.
Welding and fabrication skills preferred.
Familiarity with diagnostic software (CAT ET Komatsu KDP JD Service Advisor Cummins Insite etc.) a plus.
Must have own tools and a valid drivers license.
