About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI/ML Engineer to design develop and deploy advanced machine learning deep learning and AI solutions across enterprise systems. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking to build scalable high-performance AI applications that drive measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is passionate about AI thrives in collaborative environments and has hands-on experience implementing production-grade models and AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML Solution Development

• Design train and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for enterprise-scale applications.
  

• Conduct feature engineering data preprocessing and statistical analysis on complex datasets from multiple sources.
  

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems and platforms.
  

• Optimize model performance for scalability accuracy and reliability.
  

MLOps & Production Support

• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model deployment monitoring and retraining.
  

• Implement CI/CD processes for AI workflows using tools such as Jenkins Git or Airflow.
  

• Ensure adherence to best practices for reproducibility versioning and monitoring of models.
  

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Work closely with data engineers data scientists and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define success metrics.
  

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal AI best practices and knowledge-sharing.
  

• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies trends and ethical practices.
  

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in AI ML or data science roles.
  

• Proven expertise in building deploying and maintaining ML models (supervised unsupervised and deep learning).
  

• Strong proficiency in Python TensorFlow PyTorch and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
  

• Solid understanding of data structures model optimization statistics and feature engineering.
  

• Experience with AI governance ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI implementation.
  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Applied Mathematics or a related field.
