Compensation: $1087.50 per week

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistantfor an exciting job in Tucson AZ.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing toileting feeding and mobility support.
Take and record vital signs (temperature pulse blood pressure respirations oxygen saturation).
Safely reposition and transfer patients using proper body mechanics and assistive equipment.
Support meal preparation feeding and ensure adequate nutrition and hydration.
Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance patient well-being.
Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean safe and organized patient environment (bed-making linen changes equipment sanitization).
Assist with specimen collection (urine stool sputum) under supervision.
Support mobility and rehabilitation exercises as directed.
Adhere strictly to infection control and PPE safety standards.
Respond promptly to call lights and patient requests.
Document care and activities accurately in electronic or paper records.

Qualifications:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Arizona.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong communication teamwork and patient care skills.
