Job Summary
Job Title: Quality Controller
Location: Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Main Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor all stages of printing and packaging production to ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
Perform in-process and final quality checks on materials colors and finishes to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Identify defects or deviations and coordinate with the production team for timely corrective actions.
Review job orders proofs and samples before mass production to verify accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
Maintain detailed records of inspections test results and corrective measures implemented.
Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures ISO standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with design printing and finishing departments to address quality concerns effectively.
Monitor calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure reliable inspection outcomes.
Participate in continuous improvement programs and recommend process enhancements to minimize rework and waste.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality awareness and control measures.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Printing Technology Production or Quality Management.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in quality control within the printing packaging or labeling industry.
Strong understanding of printing processes such as offset flexo and digital printing.
Familiarity with ISO GMP or similar quality standards preferred.
Skills Required:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail with process-oriented thinking.
Proficiency in quality testing tools documentation and reporting.
Good communication and teamwork skills for effective coordination across departments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality standards.
