About the Role
We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors clients and employees at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will have a Hotel Management background and bring professionalism warmth and efficiency to ensure a smooth front desk and office experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors clients and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage front desk operations including visitor entry meeting room bookings etc.
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling client/vendor meetings.
Handle courier mail and front-office supplies.
Maintain visitor logs access cards and ensure security protocols at the reception area.
Support HR/Administration in onboarding new employees (welcome kit seating arrangements induction).
Assist leadership with travel bookings hospitality arrangements and event coordination.
Ensure the reception area is well-maintained presentable and aligned with company standards.
Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing correspondence and record keeping.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
3 years of experience in front desk/reception/admin roles ideally in hospitality or corporate offices.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance grooming and etiquette.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with visitor management systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and handle client-facing responsibilities with confidence.
