Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors clients and employees at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will have a Hotel Management background and bring professionalism warmth and efficiency to ensure a smooth front desk and office experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors clients and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.

  • Manage front desk operations including visitor entry meeting room bookings etc.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling client/vendor meetings.

  • Handle courier mail and front-office supplies.

  • Maintain visitor logs access cards and ensure security protocols at the reception area.

  • Support HR/Administration in onboarding new employees (welcome kit seating arrangements induction).

  • Assist leadership with travel bookings hospitality arrangements and event coordination.

  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained presentable and aligned with company standards.

  • Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing correspondence and record keeping.




  • Requirements

    • Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

    • 3 years of experience in front desk/reception/admin roles ideally in hospitality or corporate offices.

    • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

    • Professional appearance grooming and etiquette.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with visitor management systems is a plus.

    • Ability to multitask and handle client-facing responsibilities with confidence.
