- End-to-End Production: Manage the full content lifecycle from start to finish. This includes scripting and storytelling for videos writing all copy and conceptualizing/designing static image content.
- Platform-Native Focus: Create content specifically for TikTok Instagram Reels and Snapchat understanding the different trends and user behaviors on each.
- E-commerce Driven: Focus on creating product-centric content (unboxing videos "how-to"s lifestyle shots UGC-style reviews) that clearly communicates value and encourages clicks/purchases.
- Cultural Relevancy: Act as our cultural expert. Ensure all content is appropriate relevant and appealing to a diverse GCC audience (with a strong understanding of KSA UAE and Bahrain markets in particular).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand creative needs for paid ads and with the social media manager to align with the organic content calendar.
Requirements
- Language: Native-level Arabic (Gulf/Khaleeji dialect) is essential along with professional proficiency in English.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing:
- Proven experience creating successful content for TikTok Snapchat and Instagram Reels.
- Examples of e-commerce or product-focused work.
- A clear understanding of current Gulf-specific trends humor and aesthetics.
- Cultural Fluency: Demonstrable deep understanding of GCC cultural nuances pop culture sensitivities and consumer behavior. This includes knowledge of local holidays events (like Ramadan or National Days) and communication styles.
