Key Responsibilities:
- Review post and finalizeservice repair orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify labor lines parts charges shop supplies and sublet invoices for accuracy
- Ensure all warranty and internal repair orders meet GM compliance standards
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to resolve discrepancies before closing
- Assist with maintaining accurate service records and reports for management
- Support the accounting and warranty teams as needed with documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with General Motors (GM) service processes and warranty documentation
- Proficiency with CDK Global (formerly ADP) Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of repair orders while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Prior dealership service office or accounting experience strongly preferred
