Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Tucson AZ 85713
Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $40 $44 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Tucson AZ.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
Document patient assessments care plans and progress accurately
Assist with monitoring vital signs and reporting changes promptly
Support patients and families with education and compassionate communication
Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state nursing regulations
Qualifications:
Active Arizona LPN license (or compact state eligibility)
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
Current BLS certification (AHA required)
Strong communication clinical judgment and patient care skills
