Position Overview:

The senior account manager will be responsible for developing the Western US sales territory that will generate sales in home appliance categories as well as RAC floor care compacts & small appliances.

This role will be tasked with managing and expanding the home appliance assortment of products including Refrigerator Washer Dryer Dishwasher Range Microwave.

This account manager will be able to articulate customer needs identify new business opportunities manage the annual program to drive profitable growth and build a winning joint business plan with customers. Being the customer expert for the company this individual will foster customer relationships and effectively collaborate across Mideas cross functional teams.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Develop own and lead the business plan for the home appliance product categories in the Western US.
Execute annual programs for home appliance products by working in close collaboration with the product management team.
Monitor overall account performance identify opportunities and challenges and develop appropriate action plans.
Proactively lead problem solving efforts via logical and persuasive communications while pursuing win-win solutions.
Collaborate with various Midea cross functional teams including product management marketing manufacturing supply chain operations finance and service to meet account performance objectives and manage stakeholder expectations.
Achieve assigned KPIs for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives with signed accounts.
Closely collaborate with customers and Midea operations/supply management departments to provide accurate sales forecasting.
Facilitates voice of the customer to ensure customer needs are being met by all internal stakeholders
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum five years of strategic sales experience managing high profile major accounts within the home appliance durable products or consumer products industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

Home appliance category experience highly preferred.
Demonstrated success developing and growing sales within large regional accounts.
