Financial Coordinator- Data Center Operations

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration. Minimum 3-5 years of financial analysis or coordination experience preferably in facilities management technology or industrial operations. Experience with data center or critical infrastructure environments strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables financial modeling and data analysis. Experience with enterprise financial systems (SAP Oracle or similar). Knowledge of utility billing energy management and facility operations costs. Familiarity with project management principles and capital budgeting processes.

Core Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial information to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of data center operations including power cooling and space utilization metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with renewable energy contracts or power purchase agreements. Knowledge of data center industry standards and best practices. Previous experience in commercial real estate or facilities management financial operations.

Working Conditions

This position is based on-site at the data center facility with occasional travel to other locations. Must be comfortable working in a technical environment with 24/7 operations. May require occasional after-hours support for critical financial reporting or emergency situations.
