We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and can successfully lead multiple complex projects in parallel. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator a problem solver and an organizer who brings structure to ambiguity. Youll work with cross-functional teams of engineers designers analysts and client stakeholders to deliver impactful digital and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects - from initiation and planning to release and post-delivery support
- Manage project scope timelines and budgets ensuring on-time and on-quality delivery
- Coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones and contexts switching smoothly between different client projects and priorities
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and client stakeholders maintaining transparency and trust
- Identify assess and mitigate risks ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plans status reports and change requests
- Drive sprint planning backlog prioritization and delivery cadence in Agile or hybrid environments
- Support pre-sales and discovery activities by defining scope estimating effort and preparing proposals.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing IT or software delivery projects in the IT services or consulting environment
- Proven experience leading complex multi-stream or cross-functional projects
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and switch contexts efficiently
- Experience working with tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps or similar
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and cloud-based architectures
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency
- Available for business trips outside of Ukraine.
Nice to Have:
- PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM / SAFe certification
- Experience managing projects in cloud platform modernization domains
- Background in pre-sales support contract/SOW management or finance.
