Your place in our story
The Marketing Specialistis responsible for creating coordinating and promoting marketing advertising and communication-related activities for Mintos GTA homebuilding operations.
Heres how youll contribute
- Support in the development of marketing assets for projects (brochures signage renderings videos ads) ensuring that information is accurate and ready on time for launch
- Ensure marketing assets (price lists floorplans incentives) are accurate/updated in a timely manner
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns working with agency partners
- Create and deploy email campaigns
- Update and edit website page content as needed
- Write copy for website articles construction updates and monthly newsletters
- Create and/or oversee day to day social content creation and posting along with external agency
- Support with sales offices and model homes setup and ongoing marketing needs
- Assist in planning and execution of product launches sales events and community events
- Liaise with external vendors including agencies architects designers etc.
- Keep track of Marketing related invoices create POs send for payment in a timely manner and coordinate payment status with vendors when needed
- Support other departments with various Marketing needs (presentations emails etc.)
- Other duties within the scope spirit and purpose of the job as requested by management.

- A relevant post-secondary education.
- A minimum of two to four years of work experience in a busy marketing environment is required. Development marketing experience is a definite asset.
- A drivers license and access to a insured vehicle is a requirement for site travel within the GTA is a requirement for consideration.
- Super organized and detail-focused
- Team player and eager to learn
- Proficient communicator (written verbal and listening skills).
- Experience writing effective advertising website and email copy.
- Social media content development and management experience
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Powerpoint & Outlook)
- Experience working in a CMS to edit websites
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/InDesign and Canva
- Experience with email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms
