Your place in our story

The Marketing Specialistis responsible for creating coordinating and promoting marketing advertising and communication-related activities for Mintos GTA homebuilding operations.

Heres how youll contribute

Support in the development of marketing assets for projects (brochures signage renderings videos ads) ensuring that information is accurate and ready on time for launch
Ensure marketing assets (price lists floorplans incentives) are accurate/updated in a timely manner
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns working with agency partners
Create and deploy email campaigns
Update and edit website page content as needed
Write copy for website articles construction updates and monthly newsletters
Create and/or oversee day to day social content creation and posting along with external agency
Support with sales offices and model homes setup and ongoing marketing needs
Assist in planning and execution of product launches sales events and community events
Liaise with external vendors including agencies architects designers etc.
Keep track of Marketing related invoices create POs send for payment in a timely manner and coordinate payment status with vendors when needed
Support other departments with various Marketing needs (presentations emails etc.)
Other duties within the scope spirit and purpose of the job as requested by management.

A relevant post-secondary education.
A minimum of two to four years of work experience in a busy marketing environment is required. Development marketing experience is a definite asset.
A drivers license and access to a insured vehicle is a requirement for site travel within the GTA is a requirement for consideration.
Super organized and detail-focused
Team player and eager to learn
Proficient communicator (written verbal and listening skills).
Experience writing effective advertising website and email copy.
Social media content development and management experience
Strong project management and time management skills
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Powerpoint & Outlook)
Experience working in a CMS to edit websites
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/InDesign and Canva
Experience with email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms
