Responsibilities & Expectations
As part of our global operations team you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant registration and management of communication traffic worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Register and manage traffic globally across all supported regions and products.
Administer Infobips sender database and ensure data accuracy.
Process customer sender registration requests and coordinate directly with MNOs and suppliers.
Maintain traffic security and compliance through content restrictions and template registration.
Specialize in region-specific or product-based registration processes.
Order numbers (VLN/SC) and set up two-way communication between our customers and end users.
Handle OTT traffic registration (WhatsApp Mobile Identity RCS).
Keep organized detailed records and documentation of all actions and processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
Maintain a high level of awareness of end-user needs and ensure an excellent customer experience (both internal and external).
