Position Overview

RTXs Enterprise Data Services (ES-Data) organization is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead delivery and execution of scalable digital and data products across our global Connected Factory and enterprise data role combines technical depth product vision and delivery excellencebridging software engineering data platforms and business transformation. You will play a key role in advancing RTXs Data Strategy ensuring alignment across business units platform teams and enterprise partners.

What You Will Do:

• Drive delivery of data platform capabilities enabling the Connected Factory and enterprise data ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps with Engineering Data Science and Operations.
• Lead agile delivery ensuring alignment across business tech and leadership teams.
• Design and implement scalable secure cloud solutions (Azure/AWS/hybrid).
• Oversee end-to-end development from design to deployment and optimization.
• Integrate cloud APIs and analytics to deliver real-time factory insights.
• Champion Agile DevSecOps and analytics best practices; mentor TPMs and Scrum Masters.
• Mitigate risks remove blockers and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to accelerate adoption of Analytics and AI solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• Experience: 7 years of experience managing complex technical and digital product initiatives in enterprise environments.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Knowledge of industrial IoT manufacturing analytics or connected factory systems.
• Proven experience delivering data-driven or cloud-native products across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of data and AI lifecycles CI/CD and modern data architectures (e.g. Kubernetes containerization APIs data mesh).
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks; certification (CSM PMI-ACP SAFe) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-cloud (Azure/AWS) delivery and integration at scale.
• Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills; ability to balance technical and strategic priorities.
• Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g. Unity Catalog Purview Informatica).
• Background in software development or data engineering (hands-on or oversight level).
• Experience working with distributed global teams in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
