In this key role youll be the first point of contact for potential customersengaging with leads building relationships and helping guide them toward their next vehicle. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and online platforms
- Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up
- Build rapport and engage with potential customers to understand their needs
- Provide accurate information about vehicle options promotions and dealership services
- Highlight product features and value to help customers make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with sales consultants and other dealership departments
- Stay current on Ford products promotions and market trends
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer service preferredautomotive or BDC experience is a plus
- Experience in a call center setting minimum of two years is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident professional phone and email presence
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to adapt to changing sales processes and dealership technologies
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
