This position providesclinicaladministrativepatientand officesupportwithinHeadlightsoutpatient esketamine program.Thispart time role is onsite at our San Diego office (5060 Shoreham Pl).

Roles and Responsibilities

Providingdailypatientcaremonitoringand charting in EHR foresketamine program.
Responsiblefor ordering medication through variouspharmacies andcommunicating shipmentschedules. Including logging and proper inventory.
Obtaining prior authorizations for new patients and maintaining authorizations for active patients.
Maintaining compliance with REMS DEA Med log audits etc.
ProvidingSpravato consultsto potential patientsas needed.
Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
Office administrative tasksinclude but are not limitedtoanswering phonessending scheduling remindersmaintainingofficeinventoryand communicating patient schedulingwithin-houseproviders

Qualifications

Experienceworking in a medical office and/or mental healthsettingpreferred.
Previous EHR experienceand medical insurance experience preferred.
Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor and interface well with patients in a mental health setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.

$22 - $24 an hour

This position is for up to 3 days a week for 20 hours each week.
