Job description

Were looking for a Senior Growth Engineer who gets excited about solving complex GTM challenges through intelligent system design and orchestration. Youll work directly with our clients marketing sales and customer success teams to architect and implement connected systems that eliminate manual processes accelerate pipeline velocity and create seamless buyer experiences.

This isnt a traditional HubSpot admin role. Youll be the technical architect who transforms our clients revenue operations by connecting best-in-class tools configuring AI-powered workflows and building the orchestration layer that makes everything work together seamlessly.

Job requirements

Architect Connected Revenue Systems

  • Analyze clients current GTM operations and design comprehensive AI-native to-be state architectures that leverage HubSpot as the central orchestration platform

  • Map data flows integration requirements and automation logic across marketing sales and customer success systems

  • Create technical implementation roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term scalability

Build AI-Powered Orchestrations

  • Design and implement sophisticated workflows that connect HubSpot with tools like Clay ZoomInfo AskElephant Gong PandaDocs and other revenue-enablement platforms

  • Configure AI-driven processes for lead enrichment intent scoring account research personalization and predictive analytics

  • Leverage Claude ChatGPT and other AI tools to automate research content generation and decision-making within GTM workflows

Implement Technical Solutions

  • Build complex HubSpot workflows custom properties calculated fields and automation sequences

  • Configure native integrations and workflow-based orchestrations using platforms like Zapier Make or Workato

  • Write limited Python scripts when needed for data transformation or custom logic (with dev team support for complex builds)

  • Ensure data integrity proper attribution and clean system hygiene across all connected platforms

Enable Client Teams

  • Work directly with clients revenue teams to understand their workflows pain points and goals

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and orchestration logic

  • Train and enable client teams on new systems workflows and best practices

  • Collaborate with Blends fractional CROs/CMOs to align technical implementation with revenue strategy

Drive Continuous Optimization

  • Monitor system performance identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements

  • Stay current on emerging AI tools integration capabilities and GTM technologies

  • Contribute to Blends growth engineering methodology and best practices

  • Document technical architectures and create reusable orchestration frameworks

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub Sales Hub and Service Hub (Operations Hub experience strongly preferred)

  • Proven track record building complex workflows custom integrations and multi-system orchestrations

  • Experience with revenue intelligence and sales enablement tools (Clay ZoomInfo Apollo 6sense Gong Salesloft Outreach etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to architect technical solutions that solve complex business problems

  • Client-facing consulting or implementation experience in B2B environments

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level HubSpot configuration is required: workflows custom objects calculated properties data quality automation

  • Strong understanding of API architectures webhooks and integration patterns

  • Experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier Make Workato or similar)

  • Comfortable with data manipulation transformation logic and system mapping

  • Basic Python and/or Node/JS skills for data processing and custom scripting

  • Familiarity with AI tools and how to integrate them into GTM workflows

  • HubSpot certifications (especially Solutions Architecture Operations Hub or Custom Integration)

  • Experience working with private equity portfolio companies or high-growth B2B tech firms

  • Background in marketing operations revenue operations or sales operations

  • Familiarity with data warehousing business intelligence tools or analytics platforms

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and technologies

  • Understanding of predictive analytics intent data and AI-powered personalization

In 90 Days:

  • Successfully architected and implemented orchestration solutions for 2-3 clients

  • Demonstrated mastery of Blends growth engineering methodology

  • Built strong working relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders

In 6 Months:

  • Become the go-to technical architect for complex multi-system implementations

  • Contributed to Blends repository of reusable orchestration frameworks

  • Mentoring junior team members on technical best practices

In 12 Months:

  • Recognized by clients as a trusted advisor who transforms their GTM operations

  • Identified and implemented new AI-powered capabilities that differentiate Blends offerings

  • Playing a key role in shaping Blends growth engineering practice
