Position Summary
We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our outpatient team in Ashland MO. The OTA will provide high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist assisting patients in achieving greater independence and improved quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Instruct and motivate patients in therapeutic activities and exercises
- Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team
- Collaborate effectively with patients families physicians and facility staff
- Demonstrate Concept Rehabs values of Commitment Respect and Integrity in daily practice
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (required)
- Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to providing compassionate patient-centered care
