THE POSITION

As an All-round Front Office & F&B Team Member youll play a key role in making every guest feel at home; from check-in to breakfast and everything in between.

Are you an early bird Then youll be the smiling face that welcomes our guests in the morning and ensures they start their day right with a great breakfast. Prefer something more dynamic Youll also have the chance to develop your skills behind the bar from crafting great coffee to serving refreshing drinks.

Youll support both our Front Office and Food & Beverage operations ensuring smooth service and genuine guest connections throughout the day. Every moment is a chance to create a memorable experience and thats exactly what you love to do!

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

• Handle guest inquiries efficiently and professionally both in person and via phone or email.

• Prepare and serve the breakfast buffet ensuring quality freshness and timely replenishment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area lobby and public spaces.

• Prepare and serve drinks and snacks at the bar including coffee soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

• Process orders and payments accurately using the hotels POS systems.

• You will work alternately in the Front Office or in the F&B team never both on the same day so that you can focus fully on your shift.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive personalized service to enhance their stay.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations across departments.

• Follow brand standards health & safety regulations and hygiene protocols at all times.

• Handle guest feedback with care and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Operations Manager when needed.

• Assist in light administrative tasks such as reservations room allocations and reporting.

• Speaks both Dutch and English;
