- You know how to handle guest requests professionally thanks to your expertise

- You enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
- You always have an open ear for the needs of our internal and external guests and you thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to your organizational talent
- Youre eager to develop yourself every day learn new things and be part of a warm and ambitious team
- You remain calm and composed even in stressful situations
- Youve already gained experience in a similar position and/or have completed training in hotel management
- Your communicative nature sets you apart and you feel very comfortable in both German and Englishany additional language is a plus
