Garden Maintenance Team Member

• Work based around Melbournes inner west suburbs
• Full time permanent position (Monday-Friday)
• Depot based in Essendon Fields

About the Role

As a Garden Team Member at Green by Nature you will be an integral part of our dedicated team delivering high-quality garden maintenance this full-time role you will work closely with our experienced crew to ensure our clients properties are kept looking pristine and well-manicured.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform tasks such as planting weeding pruning and watering.
• Mow lawns trim edges and care for turf areas.
• Prepare soil mulch and plant beds.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

About You

• Previous experience in landscaping gardening or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects bend squat kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat cold rain and the sun.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid Drivers License
• White Card
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
