Job Summary
CRD Careers is sourcing an Inside Sales Representative to support walk-in contractors commercial clients and retail customers in a fast-paced building materials environment. This role blends customer service product expertise and transaction supportideal for someone who thrives on solving problems and keeping operations smooth.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide product guidance
Recommend related items and upsell where appropriate
Maintain product knowledge pricing and display areas
Resolve minor complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Support supervisors and team members as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required
3 years of experience in retail or contractor building supply sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with math order forms and safe lifting techniques
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
