- Fluent in data-driven decision-making with strong SQL proficiency and experience interpreting large-scale data to inform strategy.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership able to influence without authority and drive impact across engineering legal and business teams.
- A strategic purposeful thinker passionate about building products that respect users while enabling responsible business growth.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate product vision product strategy and requirements to engineers and internal business partners.
