We are looking for an experienced Global Team Lead to oversee our SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and EDI processes across multiple regions.
This role is key to driving standardization process excellence and innovation within our global SAP environment. Youll lead a skilled international team ensuring seamless integration between SAP SD logistics and electronic data interchange (EDI) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of SAP SD and EDI specialists providing direction coaching and support.
- Oversee end-to-end SAP SD processes from order management to billing and invoicing.
- Manage EDI interfaces and integration with external partners ensuring reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and harmonization opportunities.
- Drive the implementation of SAP enhancements upgrades and change requests within SD and EDI.
- Ensure alignment of global processes with corporate standards and best practices.
- Act as a key liaison between IT business units and external vendors.
- Provide expertise in incident and problem management ensuring service quality and business continuity.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business IT or related field.
- 7 years of experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) including configuration and process design.
- Solid understanding of EDI (message mapping IDocs partner profiles integration with SAP).
- Experience leading international or cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with S/4HANA environments is a plus
