Responsible for financial planning and control providing strategic analysis and decision-making support related to volumes revenue and fixed costs. Acts as a controller across multiple financial areas ensuring accurate consolidation of regional and global reports. Leads FX forecasting and scenario comparisons to enhance visibility of risks and opportunities (R&O). Supports the integration of business plans forecasts and actuals delivering insights that drive performance and alignment with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Reports key indicators to top management to support decision-making including: Wholesale Retail Stocks Days Supply Total Industry Volume TIV Market Share and FX impact forecasting for R&O visibility.
2. FX impacts forecasting as requested for top management visibility VA analysis for different comparatives between scenarios and R&O visibility according to FX volatility.
3. Development and analysis for KPIs and metrics to assess improvement opportunities and measure later the improvement.
4. Analytic support for decisions and requirements from region and global.
Education:Bachelors degree in Fiinance Accounting administration economics or business-related
Experience:Preferred 35 years of professional experience in finance strategic planning product marketing or related areas. Ideally within the automotive industry or in program management roles from other sectors.
Hard Skills:
Excel Intermediate (fórmulas tablas dinámicas Vlookups)
SAP experience preferred
Tableau and Thinkcell (desirable)
Capable to understand manage and explain statistical data (market trends industry size analyses etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Process Mapping and Project Management tools (desirable)
Language: Intermediate English for top management presentations contact with other intercompany (USA Canada Japan)
