What Youll Do
The pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical services to all Grand River Hospital District (GRHD) services.
- Compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs per physicians instructions in a hospital or healthcare facility setting.
- Consults with medical staff about potential drug interactions patient medical history and the use of particular medications.
- Responds to questions from patients and staff about medications and dosage instructions.
- Serves as pharmacy representative on interdepartmental committee(s) or may be asked to serve as subject matter expert for projects as needed.
- Ensures that all required pharmacy data is recorded and maintained and complies with all regulatory security and hospital procedures.
- May supervise pharmacy technicians.
- Performance of these professional functions is generally associated with the practice of pharmacy in the institutional setting.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Licensed by the State of Colorado Board of Pharmacy
- Minimum of two years experience in hospital pharmacy.
- Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency may be used for the experience requirement.
What We Offer
Our total rewards package includes
- Pay Range: $63.00 - $70.00 an hour Dependent on experience may vary outside this range
- Shift Differentials:$2$4/hour for nights and weekends
- PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
