Job Summary
Job Description:

Essential Job Functions
- configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
- cooperation with Architects and Solution Consultants to prepare technical design
- administration of ServiceNow instances
- preparation of projects documentation
- participation in trainings and achieving new certifications
- sharing experience with other team members
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in ServiceNow implementations (at least 5 years)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Deep experience with at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM ITOM SPM ITAM CSM HR
- Knowledge of Java Script HTML CSS
- Experience in integrations (SOAP REST)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learning skills
- Working experience in Agile project environments
- ServiceNow certifications
- Knowledge of AngularJS Ajax
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certifications
