We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bell Attendant to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Kalutara Sri Lanka. As a Bell Attendant you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests ensuring their stay begins and ends on a positive note.

• Greet guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival and departure
• Assist guests with their luggage ensuring proper handling and timely delivery to rooms
• Provide information about hotel services amenities and local attractions
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain a clean organized and safe lobby area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Offer personalized recommendations for local dining shopping and entertainment
• Assist with parking and transportation arrangements when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications :

• Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Physical ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
• Knowledge of the local area and popular attractions in Kalutara Sri Lanka
• Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and using hotel management systems
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
