Project Manager Digital Onboarding

• Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon
• Years of Exp: 8 Years (min 6 years as Project Manager)
• Notice Period: Immediate
• Mandate Skills: PM Skills Wealth Management Digital Onboarding Experience (see JD below)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects focused on digital onboarding journeys and wealth servicing through mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile app journey design particularly within onboarding and servicing for Wealth Management products.
• Oversee the design implementation and optimization of end-to-end mobile app experiences for customer onboarding and servicing.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers developers and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement influencing senior leaders and cross-regional teams.
• Apply Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and tools (Jira Confluence) to manage project execution.
• Implement robust project governance including RAID logs RACI matrices and escalation processes.
• Identify risks and issues proactively and provide effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional cross-regional teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8 years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services
• Proven experience managing digital onboarding and wealth servicing projects especially in mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of customer journey design for onboarding and servicing workflows.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks Jira Confluence and project governance best practices.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and risk management abilities.
