Job Summary
Were looking for a Lead Product Designer who can partner closely with our clients to shape meaningful digital experiences from the first idea to the final product and beyond.
Youll be the kind of designer whos just as comfortable running a research session as you are presenting a bold new concept. You think strategically care deeply about craft and know how to turn insights into simple elegant solutions that make an impact.
At Endava youll work alongside talented designers developers and product experts who share a passion for creating thoughtful human-centered products.
What youll do
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and strategy through to execution and optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and users needs turning both into clear and actionable design directions.
- Create wireframes prototypes and visual designs that communicate ideas effectively and look great in motion.
- Plan and run research and usability sessions then synthesize and share findings in a clear compelling way.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design intent is carried through to the final product.
- Mentor and support junior designers helping them grow and push the quality of our work forward.
- Stay curious about emerging trends technologies and tools and bring new ideas to the table.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- 7 years of experience designing digital products in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Experience leading design efforts and mentoring other designers.
- Strong understanding of both user research and product strategy you know how to connect business needs with great user experiences.
- Confident presenting your ideas and explaining the thinking behind your work.
- Comfortable using data and insights to guide decisions and measure success.
- Strong design craft from early concepts to polished visual design.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma Miro etc.).
