As a Product Analyst youll play a key role in shaping how we plan build and optimise that portfolio across both ASOS Brands and Partner Brands to ensure ASOS offers our fashion-loving 20-something customers a curated mix of own-brand collections and 3rd party labels that brings together trend-led design inclusive sizing and global style perspectives.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data product and strategy. Youll work across initiatives like Test & React Partner Fulfilment and Customer Funnel optimisation translating business needs into actionable insights wireframes and dashboards that drive clarity and alignment across teams. Your work will help shape better products improve customer satisfaction and unlock commercial growth at scale.

- Design and maintain dashboards that visualise key metrics and support data-informed decision-making
- Drive clarity across teams by connecting data design and business goals
- Engage with senior leadership to present insights influence strategic decisions and align on priorities
- Promote data literacy across teams supporting self-serve insights through training documentation and tooling
- Manage priorities based on business impact and communicate timelines and outcomes effectively

About You
Youre a curious commercially minded problem solver who thrives in fast-paced complex environments and are confident navigating senior stakeholder conversations presenting insights that drive impact and collaborating cross-functionally to solve business-critical challenges.
Ideally youll have a background in a quantitative discipline experience with tools like with tools like SQL and PowerBI or warehouse systems and a genuine interest in fashion e-commerce particularly across own-brand and 3rd party brand strategies.
Youll also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in product analytics strategy or insight roles within high-growth or start-up environments
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking with the ability to break down complex problems
- Confidence working with large datasets and translating them into clear actionable insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Excel SQL Python and data visualisation tools like Power BI. Experience with Adobe Analytics and MicroStrategy is a plus
- A product mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing user needs with business goals
- A natural curiosity a bias toward action and a passion for improving products and experiences
