Marketing Manager Iberia

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing efforts foster strategic partnerships and drive brand growth in the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of targeted co-marketing campaigns with channel partners tailored to local preferences.
• Manage and drive agencies as well as other external partners
• Increase brand awareness and word of mouth focusing on Channel Marketing Influencer marketing Social marketing and Digital marketing
• Collaborate with consumer and digital marketing teams sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Work with partners to co-create marketing plans that align with Cricuts overall brand and business goals.
• Analyze regional market trends consumer behaviour and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
• Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Iberia market.

Qualifications :

• Fluency in English is a pre-requisite
• Bachelors degree in Marketing business administration or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in marketing and the consumer retail market (preferably in the Iberian region).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans.
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Affinity with craft and / or other creative hobbies is a plus
• Culture fit: energetic self-starter. Gets stuff done. Is a player not a victim. Acts like an owner.
