Food and Beverage Supervisor

In this hands-on role youll supervise daily operations across multiple outlets leading and supporting the team through breakfast lunch dinner and event service. With a focus on delivering seamless high-quality experiences youll play a key role in maintaining service standards and fostering a positive team culture. Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts including weekends and public holidays is essential.

What youll be doing:
Supervising day-to-day operations across restaurant bar and event spaces
Leading training and motivating team members to perform at their best
Supporting recruitment scheduling and payroll processes
Collaborating closely with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintaining high standards of service cleanliness and presentation
Managing guest feedback with professionalism and care
Upholding brand standards and contributing to a supportive team environment
Assisting with stock control and inventory management

Qualifications :

What were looking for:

• Proven food and beverage leadership experience ideally in a hotel or resort
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Familiarity with Infrasys (Shiji) POS systems is highly regarded
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on service-focused approach with a sharp eye for detail
• Availability to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
