Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingCertified Nursing Assistantfor an exciting job inTucson AZ.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting feeding and mobility.
Take and record vital signs (temperature pulse blood pressure respiration oxygen saturation).
Reposition and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients promoting a positive care environment.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and report observations to nurses or supervisors promptly.
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment including making beds changing linens and sanitizing equipment.
Assist with specimen collection (urine stool sputum) and basic patient care procedures under supervision.
Support rehabilitation and mobility exercises as directed by nursing or therapy staff.
Follow all infection control and safety protocols including hand hygiene and use of PPE.
Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
Document care provided accurately in paper or electronic records as required.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification in Arizona.
High school diploma or equivalent.
BLS certification.
