Full Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Why workfor Broadway Home Care A Company that offers its Employees Flexible workschedules (Pick your own weekly scheduled days and hours to work) PRN Nurse will travel to assigned client locations to perform Initial Admissions and follow-up visits via Assessments within the Clients place of residence.RN will evaluate the patients condition and complete appropriateclinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor orDirector. RN will implement and update the Patient Care Plan in conjunction with the patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems document and report to the Nursing Supervisor.PositionsavailableASAP

Licensure/CertificationRequirements:

Unrestricted NC Registered Nursing LicenseRequired

Current CPR certification

TB Test

Additional Requirements

NC drivers license in good standing Active Car Insurance

Current TB

Current CPR

Must work well independently enjoy problem-solving solving andunderstand the importance of accurate documentation

Experience:

Minimum Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
