Position Summary

Thisfull-time Cook fully benefited located in our Saint Alphonsus campus in Boise. This position plays a key role in ourFood and Nutrition Services Department helping to prepare and servenutritious mealsfor ourpatients staff cafeteria and visitorsin our care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Two years of experience in food production required.

Work Schedule:

• This is full time cook position (40 hours per week) day shift.

• Must be available to work and some shifts may include weekends weekdays or holidays.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare food in accordance with established menus recipes nutrition guidance and sanitary/safety standards.

• Anticipate levels of doneness and produce a high degree of aesthetics in the preparation of food.

• Safely clean and operate all equipment and food preparation areas.

• Follow procedure direction production sheets recipes cleaning lists and any other assigned duties providing exceptional service to customers.
