Job Summary

As the VP Home Family and Baby Leadership at NIQ you will be responsible for establishing NIQs credibility positioning and engagement across HFB-related CPG manufacturers and retailers.

  • Create a steady cadence of actionable forward-looking thought leadership supported by analysis leveraging NIQs suite of data solutions and a deep understanding of market dynamics. 
  • Promoting NIQ solutions and capabilities through industry presentations at conferences to cultivate new leads and opportunities. 
  • Partnerwith Sales Leaders to enable them to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing on HFB-related demand generation campaigns. 
  • Create and maintain a network of interested NIQ associates in HFB categories to create additional advocacy and industry participation.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide industry perspective and help identify growth opportunities. 
  • Play an active role as part of our thought leadership team developing provocative perspective and timely POV on economic changes that will impact NIQ clients in the HFB space.
  • Buildand maintain astrong network of C-suite industry stakeholders. Lead discussions with a wide range of decision influencers and budget owners. 
  • Assist in business development efforts across manufacturers and retailers. 
  • Provide input to HFB-related product development around product attribution reporting insights and analytics / innovation. 
  • Gainfamiliarity with the NIQ solution portfolio.

About You

You are a practitioner in the HFB industry with knowledge and connections among retailers and brands. You confidently speak to the industry issues consumer and lifestyle trends and the needs of HFB industry players. You enjoy presenting and are energized when engaging large and senior level audiences. Your communication skills are top notch! You are able to interweave strategic points engaging stories and key data points to craft a compelling storyline. You are comfortable utilizing insights and analytics and view them as a key component of product development brand management marketing and merchandising.

Qualifications :

  • 10 years experience in the HFB retail industry with a preference for CPG and/or retailer leadership experience. This role is expected to engage with both retailers and manufacturers. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of the power in data analytics to drive brand building marketing retail merchandising and innovation.
  • Recent experience pulling data with hands-on experience in database tools.
  • Prior experience with NIQ solutions and/or other similar syndicated data provider solutions highly preferred.
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills - you love to build and tell powerful stories using data. 
  • Have strong slide/content design skills with experience crafting/tailoring content for different audiences.
  • Proven track record of building senior client engagement and impact.
  • Experience working with complex client relationships.
  • 25% domestic travel is expected. 
  • Bachelorsor Masters Degree.

Additional Information :

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $126500 - $190000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
