About the role

Our NetSuite business here at PwC UK within our Consulting mid-market transformation practice has seen some significant growth and prospects over the last few months and we are looking to grow our capabilities further to meet growing market demands.

Our NetSuite practice is engaged in helping small to medium-sized entities deliver successful NetSuite-based implementations and transformations along with helping existing customers on NetSuite optimise and make the most of their investment in the technology.

The Senior Associate role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a new and growing team and to progress your skills and career with development opportunities across our Consulting business as well as broader business skills.

Being mobile is essential as youll work on client projects that could be anywhere in the UK but we will fully support hybrid working where possible. The same goes for your skill set intellectually curious dynamic and the ability to challenge the traditional approaches to deliver real transformation. Ultimately an open mind to take advantage of all of the opportunities on offer is essential. As part of PwCs Consulting practice you will have the privilege of acting as trusted advisor to a diverse and expansive client base spanning multiple geographies and industries.

Key Responsibilities

Working on NetSuite implementation projects across industry verticals and business process areas in particular in a functional / business analyst role;

Reporting to the Project Manager and ultimately a Director or Partner you will work on NetSuite related engagements in the UK across different targeted industry sectors;

Taking responsibility for key work streams such as functional and technical design data migration change management/training and testing as part of delivery of the end-to-end implementation project plan;

Liaising with other members of the PwC team deployed on the project including both onshore and offshore resources;

Working closely with client stakeholders the business readiness and change management processes;

Helping manage project risks issues benefits and communication; and

Supporting the project manager deliver the governance and escalation processes including periodic reporting to client and PwC stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

Excellent track record of successful delivery of NetSuite implementation projects across different industries; and

Good process knowledge of NetSuite solutions across key financial and people areas.

A thorough understanding of how digital technology is changing finance and businesses more broadly over the short medium and long term;

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organisations;

A business and finance process oriented mind-set that can seamlessly switch between technology and finance/business concepts; and

Creative inquisitive and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
