Job Summary

PART TIME FACILITIES ASSOCIATE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Facilities Associate performs a variety of maintenance duties on facility areas and grounds to maintain a safe pleasant professional environment for all employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to take initiative and work independently
Ability to trim trees and bushes and clean various surfaces efficiently
Safe work habits

EXPECTATIONS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Able to work on foot for a full work shift
Able to lift 80 pounds occasionally as needed
Able to bend and crouch with regularity throughout work shift
While performing the duties of this job the employee is routinely exposed to a variety of extreme temperatures including protracted work in -10 degree rooms.
