Job Description
Our Company Corporate Audit and Assurance Services (MCAAS) primary purpose is to provide value-added independent and risk-based audit and assurance services.
Position Overview / Function and Responsibility
The Director:
Leads teams through financial and compliance audits and assessments across all our Company divisions and functions to evaluate the adequacy of internal controls and deliver audit reports that add value to the area audited.
Coaches mentors and trains staff members during the execution of the audits and assessments as well as providing guidance to team members to develop for other potential roles in the Company.
Demonstrates knowledge of and techniques to independently assess risk and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in business scenarios in accordance with timelines.
Applies body of knowledge to analyze and evaluate business scenarios following a risk based approach and maintains supporting documentation.
Coaches in the skill of detecting analyzing quantifying and reporting non-conformance.
Participates and leads projects to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies.
Provides technical guidance and consultation on Company Policies and Procedures/Control Issues to the client and audit staff.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in accounting/finance and CPA preferred.
Required Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 10 years of finance and/or audit experience.
Ability to identify and integrate patterns trends and inconsistencies across multiple data sources to determine their broader implications.
Coach others in the use of problem-solving tools and techniques encouraging others to think creatively to achieve new solutions.
Leads teams to results and demonstrates dedication and initiative.
Ability to articulate complex thoughts and ideas accurately and clearly being able to quickly detect and correct instances of miscommunication.
Ability to listen to others and integrate alternative points of view in decisions and ideas.
Willingness to travel within assigned regions/entities both domestically and internationally to complete testing; estimated travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
A professional audit and/or control security certification such as CPA CISA CIA CMA CFE.
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Big 4 Audit experience.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5 2023 employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week Monday - Thursday although the specific days may vary by site or organization with Friday designated as a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require an on-site Hybrid work model does not apply to and daily in-person attendance is required for field-based positions; facility-based manufacturing-based or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note this Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as remote.
The salary range for this role is
$153800.00 - $242200.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills geographic location government requirements and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.
