Job Summary

**Job Summary:**
We are searching for a caring individual to join us as a Transportation/Meaningful Day staff member in Anne Arundel. This role involves providing transportation services and organizing engaging activities for individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. The position requires the ability to pass a background check lift at least 50lbs and work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm with a pay rate of $21 per hour.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

**Responsibilities:**
- Safely transport individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to various activities and appointments
- Plan and lead meaningful activities to promote engagement and well-being
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance
- Accurately document transportation services and relevant information
- Collaborate effectively with team members and individuals to ensure a positive experience
