Job Summary
What youll do
As a Automation Tester at Regnology you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cloud-ready products. You will design implement and maintain automated test solutions that help us deliver robust high-performing software. Your technical expertise proactive learning attitude and strong communication skills will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test suites for complex distributed cloud-based applications.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers architects and product teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the development process.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.
- Continuously refine and improve testing strategies tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies testing frameworks and industry trends to drive innovation in test automation.

Qualifications
Nice-to-Have Skills
- 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation for web applications.
- Solid understanding of testing concepts including functional performance and security testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn through experimentation (learn by doing).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working closely with developers and product teams.
- Proven experience with modern test automation frameworks (especially Cypress and Playwright) using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps Jenkins).
- Knowledge of REST API testing and related tooling (e.g. Postman)
- Proficiency in using source code version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Strong analytical mindset and focus on reliability and maintainability of test suites.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Good understanding of containerized environments e.g. Docker Kubernetes Helm OCI images and general cloud deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQLite and ability to validate data-driven functionality.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with performance testing (e.g. jMeter or k6)
