This role involves fostering relationships with local community agencies the social service sector and other agencies as required. This ensures continued engagement continuity of care and the navigation of services for whānau through the complexity of health and social services.

As a Kaiāwhina Piki te Orayou will have a passion for supporting our communities across the Hauraki rohe to improve health and wellbeing
Essential Competencies include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proficiency in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga.
- Computer literacy.
- A full clean and current driver licence.
- Strong links (or the ability to build strong links) with Hauraki communities community groups and the wider social sector network.
We require a confident pro-active individual with strong time management skills great sense of humour and a sparkling personality.
