Description

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing Homecare team. If youre passionate about helping patients regain independence in their homes we want to hear from you!

Glen Cove & surrounding towns $85k$95k Homecare

What Youll Do:

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy in the home setting
Develop and update individualized plans of care with patients families and physicians
Document visits in our quick EMR (no OASIS required)
Communicate progress and discharge planning with patients and families
Treat patients primarily within your designated geographic area

Requirements

NYS Occupational Therapy License (required)
Homecare experience preferred (mentorship & training provided if new to home health)
