Position: Digital Trust and Safety Analyst
Languages: Dutch and English
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid)
Start Date: 14 November 2025
Schedule: Rotational shifts (00:00-00:00 Monday-Sunday)
About the Role
As a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst youll monitor review and analyze user-generated content and ads to identify and remove harmful or policy-violating material.
Your work helps maintain a safe reliable and respectful online environment for users worldwide.
Please note that this role may involve exposure to sensitive or violent content.
Responsibilities

Review and moderate content based on internal and community guidelines.

Analyze cases for potential risks and escalate sensitive issues when necessary.

Ensure accuracy neutrality and consistency in decision-making.

Work collaboratively with global Trust & Safety teams to improve processes and policies.
Requirements
-
Fluency in Dutch and English written and spoken.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage emotionally challenging content.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.
-
Previous experience in content moderation risk analysis or compliance is an advantage.

Confident working with multiple digital tools and systems.
Work Setup
-
Hybrid model:
-
First 6 weeks fully on-site for training and onboarding.
-
After training: 2 days per month in the office remainder remote.

Relocation Support
If youre relocating to Sofia well support your move with:

150EUR monthly rental allowance for the duration of the contract (average rent in Sofia ranges from 250-400 euros).
80 euros flight reimbursement (payable upon arrival or with the first salary).
