About the Role:
Join our gaming support team and provide world-class assistance to players of League of Legends and other popular titles. Youll help create a positive gaming experience by resolving player inquiries ensuring satisfaction and maintaining the high standards our clients are known for.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide player support via email for League of Legends and related games.

Handle gameplay account and technical inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.

Ensure high-quality timely resolutions and player satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve player experience.
Requirements:

Fluent Polski and English (B2 or higher).

Passionate about gaming and online communities.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Previous experience in customer or player support is an advantage.
