Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Therapist at our Payson and Provo Clinics where youll work onsite in a supportive team-based environment rooted in empathy innovation and community care. As a local government agency were committed to providing accessible mental health services to everyone in our community. This position is compensated through a performance-based incentive model offering opportunities across both inpatient and outpatient programs and serving a diverse client population from young children to older adults. We currently have 2 openings in Payson and 1 opening in Provo.
Schedule: 10-25 hours per week variable hours
Compensation: Performance-based incentive compensation

What Youll Do as a Therapist
- Provide direct and indirect clinical services including individual family and group therapy
- Conduct intake assessments psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews
- Develop implement and manage individualized treatment plans
- Maintain a personal caseload and complete required clinical documentation
- Participate in family team meetings and assist with discharge and aftercare planning
- Coordinate care with parents courts state agencies hospitals law enforcement and community partners
- Screen and evaluate referrals to ensure appropriate placement and continuity of care
- Provide consultation training and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Masters degree in social work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Utah licensure as CSW ACMHC AMFT LCSW CMHC or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
- Solid skills in clinical assessment treatment planning and providing therapy.
- Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
- Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
- Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.
