Incentivized Therapist at PaysonProvo Family Clinics Part Time

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Therapist at our Payson and Provo Clinics where youll work onsite in a supportive team-based environment rooted in empathy innovation and community care. As a local government agency were committed to providing accessible mental health services to everyone in our community. This position is compensated through a performance-based incentive model offering opportunities across both inpatient and outpatient programs and serving a diverse client population from young children to older adults. We currently have 2 openings in Payson and 1 opening in Provo.

Schedule: 10-25 hours per week variable hours
Compensation: Performance-based incentive compensation

What Youll Do as a Therapist

• Provide direct and indirect clinical services including individual family and group therapy
• Conduct intake assessments psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews
• Develop implement and manage individualized treatment plans
• Maintain a personal caseload and complete required clinical documentation
• Participate in family team meetings and assist with discharge and aftercare planning
• Coordinate care with parents courts state agencies hospitals law enforcement and community partners
• Screen and evaluate referrals to ensure appropriate placement and continuity of care
• Provide consultation training and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Utah licensure as CSW ACMHC AMFT LCSW CMHC or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
• Solid skills in clinical assessment treatment planning and providing therapy.
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
• Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.
