About the Opportunity:

Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a leading manufacturer to identify a Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) Leader a pivotal role driving operational excellence performance optimization and culture transformation at the site level.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a Lean Six Sigma-certified operations leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering precision and people engagement. Youll guide site-wide performance implement best-in-class FP&R strategies and champion continuous improvement initiatives that elevate quality safety and efficiency across the operation.

What Youll Do:

• Lead all FP&R programs and standards for the site acting as the go-to authority for process governance and operational execution.

• Partner with site and regional leadership to drive reliability digital adoption and performance metrics that fuel measurable improvement.

• Conduct and oversee audits close gaps in data integrity and ensure adherence to performance standards and guidelines.

• Deliver training and workshops on root cause analysis process improvement and FP&R methodology.

• Implement analytics-driven insights and automation tools to streamline operations and enable smarter decision-making.

• Champion a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning across site teams.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology or related field (required).

• 8 years in factory operations engineering or supply-chain environments.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).

• Expertise in FP&R frameworks operational governance and process optimization.

• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills to influence at every level of the organization.
